• Well over $10 million will be invested in improving the Madrid Theater and surrounding Canoga Park Arts Hub, including a new Steinway piano for musical performances and programming for local kids

• Over $100 million will be invested in the Sherman Way Great Street and Reseda Rising projects, including the City’s first-ever publicly owned ice skating rink and a new life for the Reseda Theater

• The Reimagine Ventura Blvd project will improve this local shopping and dining area to be safer and more pedestrian friendly
